Property blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
